COVID-19 June 9 Update

We are OPEN for normal physiotherapy services as of Friday June 11. We still have some restrictions in place for group sessions, so in the meantime online classes and 1:1 on-site exercise sessions can be arranged. 

We have many options depending on your personal needs and health status to help keep you safe and secure during these new times. We offer both on-site services and telehealth services.

  1. On-site physiotherapy for all injury management 
  2. Telehealth consultations via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom
  3. Virtual 'stay at home' exercise classes for small groups
  4. Exercise program prescription for keeping fit at home
  5. On-site 1:1 supervised exercise sessions
